1. Overview
Tiny Hearts Terminal is a private, internal desktop tool created and operated by Tiny
Hearts Childcare for the sole purpose of automating video uploads to the TikTok
account @tinyheartsnyc, which belongs to Tiny Hearts Childcare, a licensed group
family daycare business located in the Bronx, NY. This tool is not a public-facing
application and is not available to any third party.

2. Intended Use
This tool is for internal use only. It is used exclusively by Tiny Hearts Childcare to
authenticate via TikTok’s OAuth (Login Kit) and upload pre-produced MP4 video files
to @tinyheartsnyc as drafts using TikTok’s Content Posting API. No other individuals
are authorized to use this tool.

implied, are made regarding its performance, uptime, or fitness for any particular
purpose.

All activity conducted through this tool that involves TikTok’s platform is subject to
